What is DomainWatch?

Registering a domain name is not as easy as it seems. It involves a lot of brainstorming, research, and coffees! Once a domain is registered, it can’t be changed. You can either purchase a new domain or just continue with the bought one. If you have brainstormed and narrowed down to some domain names, you can track them using DomainWatch, which lets you track a number of domains without any hassle. It alerts you once it’s available. Here’s is how to use it.

How DomainWatch works?

Visit DomainWatch, Enter your email id and the domain you want to track. Click ‘Start tracking for free’ or hit ‘Enter’. You can add other domains you want to track later.

You’ll receive a mail to log in. Click on the link they send you in the mail. You’ll be on your dashboard as shown below. You can add the other domains that you want to track here. Initially, the added domain would be added to a queue. Later their status would change as shown in the image below. The red sign before the domain shows that the domain is sold and currently not available.

Once a domain is available, it’s status will change to GREEN. You can register it by clicking on the ‘Register’ button. It’d take you to NameCheap most probably. It took me there.
